Samaritan Recognition Award's Event Letters
The following letters are for use by the Board of Directors, Executive Director, Staff and volunteers to promote the Samaritan Recognition Awards event. There are three letters for different audiences.
This first document is directed to businesses in hopes of soliciting Silent Auction items, sponsoring a Table at the event, or offering a donation.
The second letter is for everyone to use for friends, neighbors and anyone that may have an interest in attending and supporting Fresh Aire's mission.
The final letter is directed to the nominees of the Samaritan Recognition Awards. This letter will be sent out only by the Event's chair with information provided by the Selection Committee as the names, addresses, and nomination title need to be incorporated into it.
For those ordering tickets via the website, the following generic letter may be modified with the purchaser's name and include the tickets when sending out.
